We conducted 12 interviews with managers and nurses across four elderly care nursing homes in the U.S. to understand the unique challenges they face in their daily work. Here are what they said:
Delayed Incident Awareness
"Unless I'm right there when something happens or a resident informs me, I usually don't know about incidents until much later."
